Back to the story at hand, as continued from !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! this morning.

Until recently, I did not know that Metro Ford had anything interesting in their inventory, but I was wrong. Very wrong. I had never seen anything other than a few Fiesta/Focus STs before last night. As I was driving by the dealership on my way to a clarinet lesson, something caught my eye. I don’t have any pictures of some of their truly interesting cars (and the pictures I have are very bad due to the lighting), as they had probably been stored away by the time I returned at 9:30 PM. One such car was a yellow Dodge Viper. They also have at least five SVT Raptors.

Here’s an example of one of their special cars:

This is a (assumed replica of the) 1978 Indy 500 Corvette Pace Car.

See? It says so on the side.

You may notice that there is an interesting Mustang parked next to the Corvette. “What kind of Mustang is it?” you may ask. I’ll tell you.

As you can see, it is a Mustang Boss 302. But still, not just any Boss 302.

See that red cross brace in the back? That means that this is a Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca Edition. Special, special car. There was also a green, “regular” Boss 302.

BMW M5, anyone?

I think this is a Mustang that’s been modified by Saleen. I have no idea if it is just aesthetic, or if there have been performance upgrades as well.

Finally, here is a ‘08 Corvette Z06. Not sure if that’s a NP or CP. You tell me.

Well that’s all the interesting stuff that was immediately visible, without having to delve deeper into the dealership’s lot, which would look sketchy at 9:30 at night.
